In the first Lunch lecture of the New Year the nutritionist Salóme Elín Ingólfsdóttir will talk about trans fatty acids in food and their effect on health.

The talk will be in Icelandic (further info available on our Icelandic website) and takes place in the University Centre cafeteria on January 7. It begins at 12.10 and is open to all.
