The cake book "Þjóðlegt með kaffinu" in Lunch Lecture
This Friday, Oktober 5. will Jóna Símonía Bjarnadóttir, historian, introduce the cake book, „Þjóðlegt með kaffinu" which she and Guðfinna Hreiðarsdóttir recently published.
Jóna Símonía will also tell us why Icelandic pastery was for a long time much simpler than it used to be in Europe.
Jóna Símonía Bjarnadóttir is a Historian and works as a Director of Ísafjörður Library.
Lunch Lecture is open for the public and starts at 12:10 in the Universitys Centre cafeteria. The talk will be in Icelandic and Jóna Símonía will offer a taste of pastery with the coffee.
