In the latest issue of Útvegsblaðið, the Fishing Industry News Paper Maik Brötzmann, a Coastal and Marine Management alumni, gives an interesting interview. Maik, who graduated this spring, speaks highly of the program and says that it is the best education he has received, previously Maik has graduated with degrees in meteorology and vessel design. In the interview he also talks about how ideal Ísafjörður is for the program and the importance of the diverse background that students and teachers have both academically and when it comes to their country of origin.
