Teaching re-commences after the Easter Break

Both course instructors live in Ísafjörður. Ólafur Ögmundarson, who works at Matís in Ísafjörður, the branch of Icelandic Food and Biotech R&D, graduated with a master's degree in environmental and resource management from the University of Iceland, specializing in public participation in ‘Environmental Impact Assessments'. Also teaching on the course is Gunnar Páll Eydal, who graduated with a master´s of Resource Management from the School of Resource and Environmental Management, Simon Fraser University. He specializes in the planning of wilderness and rural areas as well as management systems.
