Due to unfavorable winds the seminar on the European Union and the Arctic Region sceduled today has been postponed until Monday December 14th. Matthias Brinkmann, Head of the EU Delegation in Iceland, was sceduled to fly in this morning to give his lecture on the EU's perspective on the Arctic Region and the Union's main objectives in the region. As stated above the seminar is sceduled to take place on December 14th and it will be open to all interested.
