This week six students have attended the one week Crash Course in Icelandic language offered at the University Centre. The course has been offered in January the past few years but it is also on offer in May and August.

The six students attending this year come from the United States, United Kingdom, Finland and Germany. Two of the students are living and working in the Westfjords but the others have travelled specifically to Iceland and all the way to Ísafjörður to attend the course.

The One Week Crash Course is next on offer in May, from May 8th to 12th. There are still spots available on the May course and all information can be found on the course webpage. As before most of the Icelandic Courses at the University Centre are on offer in August. On the Icelandic Courses webpage all further information is available on the vide variety of courses available.
