UWestfjords' new programme in Marine Innovation is individually tailored and thus it is possible to start in January, with application dead line 15.10.
UWestfjords invites for the following orientation meetings:

Ísafjörður (University Centre) Friday, 20.09.2013, 12-13

Hólmavík (Café Riis) Thursday, 26.09.2013, 17-18

Patreksfjörður (Sjóræningjahúsið) Thursday, 03.10.2013, 12-14

With an individual study plan for each student, containing in-class courses, distance courses and the innovative project, that is a significant part of the whole programme, Marine Innovation is a practical master's programme that differs from main-stream programmes. It is offered in close cooperation with work life, depending on the respective projects that can be from the fisheries to tourism and creative branches. The programme is taught in cooperation with University of Akureyri and Innovation Iceland.

The presentation will be in Icelandic, however, individual orientation is available in English/other languages.
