Lunch Lecture: The Wild North

In the Lunch Lecture next Friday March 26, Ester Rut Unnsteinsdóttir, director of The Arctic Fox Centre in Súðavík, will present a Nordic cooperative project called The Wild North. The projects main objective is to find ways to contribute to the sustainable development of wildlife tourism in the Northern Periphery. The projects participants are tourism companies that specialize in natural based tourism/wildlife tourism, official entities and various research institutions that come from northern Norway, Greenland, The Faroe Islands and Iceland.

The talk will be in Icelandic and takes place in the University Centre's cafeteria at 12.10. It is open to the public.
