This weeks Lunch Lecture, held on February 17. Kristrún Helga Ólafsdóttir is going to talk about her masters thesis about the experience victims of sexual abuse have of the service Sólstarfir, self-aid organisation in Ísafjordur, provide.
The aim of the study was to examine whether and how the service of Sólstafir, have been useful to the ones who have gotten assistance there.
Kristrún Helga Ólafsdóttir holds a BA degree in Social work from the University of Iceland and is going to graduate with a MA degree in the subject this spring.
