Lunch Lecture - Seedlings

In this weeks Lunch Lecture, will Innovation Center Iceland introduce a course 'Seedlings'that will be run in the Westfjords in March and April. The course is aiming at supporting a diverse job creation in remote parts of Iceland.

Seedlings is a 28 hours course about how to establish and manage businesses, focusing on developing ideas, marketing, management and financing. The course will be taught through computers and participants can take the course from their home.

The course is open for residents of the Westfjords, regardless of the nature of their business ideas, sectors or the participants‘ experience of business. Participants will work with their own business ideas.

Arna Lára Jónsdóttir og Sigríður Kristjánsdóttir, staff members of Innovation Iceland Center in Ísafjörður will introduce the course.

Lunch Lecture is held in the University Centre cafeteria. It begins at 12:10 and is open for the public. The talk will be in Icelandic.
