In this week´s Lunch Lecture, April 25th, a group of young people will introduce LÚR, an art festival held in Ísafjörður this summer. The festival is organized by and for young people, age 16 – 25.

LÚR will be held June 12 – 15 and the days before will be used for seminars in many art forms. Experienced artist will run the seminars. The festival is an opportunity for young artists to perform and participants from at least two other European countries will join the festival.

This will be the last Lunch Lecture this semester. It starts at 12:10 in the University Centre cafeteria. The presentation will be held in Icelandic.
