The group of students studying in the course is mix of enthusiasts of classical languages and students that are studying and researching classical Icelandic at universities. Some of the students attending the Gísla saga course already attended the Advanced Icelandic course that came to an end on Friday. The Gíslasaga course is one week long and commences on Friday along with the
Three-Week Course in Icelandic and Culture that began two weeks ago. Next week a
one week course for beginners starts which will conclude this year's Icelandic courses at the University Centre.
