This winter almost 100 students from the Westfjords are taking courses in distance learning from universitys. Most of them are studying from the University of Iceland and the University of Akureyri, but others are studying from Bifröst University, the Agricultural University of Iceland and Reykjavík University.

In only a two weeks time, the exam period will begin, and all of those students living in the northen part of the Westfjords will take theirs exams here at the University Centre. For the past few years it has been some increase in that students studying away from home, come home for the exam period and take there exams here. And of course they are all welcome here to take tests.

Examination schedule will be posted at our web-side at the end og November and the exam period will be from Desember 3 to Desember 20.
