Distance Learning Programs and Exam Period
All Universities in Iceland have now put forth their distance learning course offering for the next academic year. Information about this is now available in Icelandic here on the website.
The exam period begins in the week after Easter as can clearly be seen by the number of students using the facilities in the University Centre.
The number of exams taken at the University Centre has increased considerably in the past few years. This is partly due to students from the Westfjords that come back home during the exam period to take their exams at the University Centre. Students that want to use this option need to apply for it especially at their university and contact the Administrative Director of Education and Teaching at the University Centre. Further information about this is available at the Icelandic Distance Learning site here on the website.
