The Coastal and Marine Management Student Association, Ægir, is very active these days. They have been learning more about life in the Westfjords through visiting local coastal businesses, and, last Saturday, hosted an International Buffet at Kaffi Ísól in Ísafjörður.

Ægir recently launched a website where information regarding student and community events will be posted, and is a forum where student life in Ísafjörður may be discussed; hopefully proving useful to prospective students. Ægir also has a Facebook page that is worth following for anyone interested in such activities and events.
