Academic Interests: A focus on marine and coastal management is a great starting point for understanding the complex relationships and cycles of our planet. The impact that humans are having on the coastal and marine environment provides clear evidence that we must change behaviors and practices to sustain natural resources for both the present and future generations. I am most interested in learning about and developing programs that will introduce this understanding into the curriculum for different educational settings.
