- Karl Benediktsson, professor of Human Geography, University of Iceland

- Peter Weiss, director of the University Centre of The Westfjords

- Tom Barry, executive secretary of the Conservation of Arctic Flora and Fauna

 

David R. Green, Aberdeen University, is Chairman of the International CoastGIS Organising Committee

and he works closely with the Local Organising Committee in preparation of the CoastGIS 2018 in Ísafjörður, Iceland.
