About the Course

This course provides a "model" of a regional economy by defining the mechanisms underlying the "demand side" and the "supply side" of the economy and exploring how these interact to shape economic activity rates in the short run as well as more complex adjustments and their impacts, such as on competitiveness and trade.

Instructor

Dr. Court is currently working on several multidisciplinary projects analyzing the socio-economic impacts of harmful algal blooms in Florida and measuring the economic contributions of different agricultural enterprises within the State of Florida.
