The Symposium registration fee includes:

Extras: 

Symposium Dinner in Suðureyri on Friday September 28, 2018. 

The dinner - event includes transport by bus from and to Ísafjörður, a guided culinary tour around the small fishing village Suðureyri, and a 3 course meal. Please note that this event needs to be booked seperatly (see registration form). Costs per person: 12.000 ISK. 

 

Post-Conference Excursion back to Reykjavík on Saturday September 29, 2018.

We organise a day long post - conference bus excursion from Ísafjörður back to Reykjavík. The excursion would replace your flight Ísafjörður-Reykjavík.

The bus leaves Ísafjörður on saturday morning; the trip includes a scenic stop at Dynjandi waterfall, stops for lunch and coffee break, tour guide on board, conference related discussions and invited guest speaker. Anticipated Arrival in Reykjavik in the evening.

Please note that the bus trip needs to be booked in advance (see registration form). Costs per person: 25.000 ISK. If you don't join the excursion, please make sure to arrange your travel back to Reykjavik on your own.
