Cancellation:

For cancellations made before 30.06.2020 we will refund ISK 80.000 and hold back ISK 10.000.

For cancellations made after 30.06.2020 we will hold back ISK 60.000 and hold back ISK 30.000.

Please note that we collect and refund payments in Icelandic Krona (ISK). The amount of your refund reflects the exchange rate on the day we issue the refund.

Condition:

In the event of unsufficient number of participants, UW makes the following reservation:

In case of 4-6 participants: UW will reduce teaching hours by 25%.

In case of 1-3 participants: UW will offer the participant(s) a tailor-made solution with a lowered number of teaching hours, including individual training, guided self-study, and other solutions that fit the participant(s) needs. Participants who do not accept the tailor-made solution have the right to withdraw from the course and will get all the course fee refunded.

If the University Centre of the Westfjords sees itself forced to cancel the entire course, the full course fee will be refunded.

Included in the course fee are 90 hours of instruction as well as access to the University Centre and use of its facilities (internet access, study area, cafeteria). Course material is included in the course fee and will be available at the University Centre on arrival.

Please note that all teaching takes place in Ísafjörður at the University Centre of the Westfjords. Accommodation is not included in the course fee.
