About 60 participants have now registered for the conference on regional development, organised by the University Centre, the Westfjords’ Municipalities’ Association, Vesturbyggð municipality and Byggðastofnun Regional Development Institute of Iceland.  There will be a bus in connection with the conference if there is demand.

Bus schedule in connection with the conference: 

Thursday, 18.9.  IFJ-Patró:   17:30-20:30

Saturday, 20.9.   Patró-IFJ:   13:30-16:30

The bus will stop in Önundarfjord and in Dýrafjord, according to registration.  

Local residents are welcome to join the lectures for free, while meals are only for registered participants. It is still possible to register by mail to info@wa.is.
